
Canna-milk
Not only is this canna-milk delicious on its own, it’s also perfect as a base for other drinks and recipes! Its creamy texture and subtle flavor make it a versatile ingredient. Here are a few ideas to make your hash milk even more delicious:
Honey Milk – Add a spoonful of honey and a pinch of cinnamon for a smooth, soothing drink. Perfect for bedtime!
Hot Chocolate – Mix with cocoa and a pinch of cinnamon for a delicious hot chocolate with an extra kick.
Iced Coffee – Let the milk cool and mix with espresso and ice cubes for a refreshing cannabis iced coffee!
Coconut Milk Variant – Use coconut milk in place of regular milk for a tropical twist and better CBD and THC absorption.
Or use your hash milk as a base for pancakes, oatmeal or smoothies. Experiment and discover your favorite combination!

Supplies
- 0.1 - 0.3 grams of hash per person (the more, the stronger)
- 200 ml milk
- Baby bottle 250 ml or more, which will not be used for any other purpose than canna-milk
- Baby bottle warmer (up to 100°C).
Optional: Spoon or stirring stick.
Whole milk or high-fat plant-based milk works best because fat aids in the absorption of THC.

You can also follow this recipe with decarboxylated cannabis, just remember to strain the milk before drinking.

Dosage per person:
- Newbie 0,1 - 0,15gr
- Regular 0,2 - 0,25 gr
- Experienced 0,3 - 0,35 gr
- Astronaut 0.4 - 0.45 gr.
Anything above this dosage is not recommended.

Want a stronger effect? Let it heat a bit longer or decarboxylate your hash first..
Effects can take 1-2 hours to kick in. Start with a small amount and wait before taking more.

Preparation of the milk

Step 1
- Make the hash as fine as possible by crumbling it with your fingers or a knife. The finer, the better it dissolves.
- Pour 200 ml of milk into the baby bottle. Make sure to leave some space so you can stir later.
Optional: You can decarboxylate the hash beforehand for a stronger effect, but this is not necessary. Read here how to do that.

Step 2
- Place the baby bottle with milk in the baby bottle warmer and set it to the maximum temperature (100°C).
- Wait until the milk is very hot (but not boiling). This usually takes a few minutes.
- Add the crumbled hash to the hot milk.

Step 3
- Make sure there is always water in the baby bottle warmer!
Check this regularly and top up if necessary. - Let the mixture heat for at least 20 - 30 minutes .
This ensures that the active ingredients dissolve well in the fat of the milk. - Shake or stir occasionally (carefully, as the bottle is hot) to evenly distribute the hash.
- Make sure there is always water in the baby bottle warmer!

Step 4
- Remove the bottle from the warmer and let it cool down a bit.
- Shake well so that everything is well mixed. (If you make multiple portions at once, keep in mind that you do not drink the entire bottle. Measure out exactly how much milk you want per time or per person.)
- Your hash milk is ready! Drink it as is with some cinnamon and honey or use it in a hot drink like tea, coffee or hot chocolate.
