Does your tea contain CBD?
Our tea contains CBDA, the natural precursor to CBD. This can be converted to CBD by heating or adding a fat source such as milk.

Does CBD Tea Get You High?
No, CBD tea contains no or very minimal amounts of THC, the psychoactive compound in cannabis that causes a "high." You may feel relaxed, but not high.
Is CBD tea legal?
In many countries, CBD is legal as long as it contains very low levels of THC (usually less than 0.2-0.3%). It is always a good idea to check your local laws before purchasing or traveling with CBD products.
At Releaf Herbal Mix we are below 0.2% THC according to Dutch law.
We currently do not ship orders outside of EU countries in connection with the current laws and regulations surrounding CBD. Check in advance whether it is permitted to receive or possess CBD before ordering.
Is there an age limit for ordering CBD?
For CBD-containing products, an age limit of 18 years applies to purchase them. It is the buyer's own responsibility to adhere to this limit, we cannot check whether the date of birth is filled in truthfully and are not responsible for incorrectly filled in personal data.
Can I drink CBD tea while pregnant or breastfeeding?
It is not recommended to use CBD products during pregnancy or breastfeeding without consulting a doctor, as the effects on the baby have not been fully studied.
Are there any side effects associated with drinking CBD tea?
CBD is generally well tolerated, but some people may experience mild side effects such as dry mouth, dizziness, or changes in appetite. Consult a physician if you have health conditions or are taking medications.

How long does it take to receive my CBD tea package?
Delivery time may vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. Typically, delivery within the Netherlands takes 1-3 business days. International shipments may take longer, usually between 5-15 business days.
Can I track my CBD tea package?
Yes, once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number that will allow you to track the status of your package. Use the tracking number on the shipping company's website to get up-to-date information about your delivery.
What should I do if my CBD tea package arrives damaged?
If your package arrives damaged, please contact our customer service immediately. Send photos of the damaged package, its contents and the order number so we can troubleshoot the issue and send a replacement product if necessary.
Do you ship CBD tea internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally to many countries. However, it is important to check your local laws regarding CBD products in your country, as some countries may have restrictions or bans. We do NOT ship to these countries due to laws and regulations:

What are the shipping costs for my CBD tea order?
Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method you choose. The exact shipping costs will be displayed during the checkout process before you confirm your order. For orders over a certain amount, we often offer free shipping.
Can I change my delivery address after I have placed an order?
Yes, it is possible to change your delivery address after you have placed an order, as long as the package has not yet been shipped. Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to inform us of the change. Once the package has been shipped, we unfortunately cannot change the address anymore.
What should I do if I don't receive my package?
If your package does not arrive within the expected delivery time, first check the status with the tracking number you received. If there are no updates or the package is reported as lost, please contact our customer service. We will investigate and send a replacement product if necessary.
Are there any costs associated with returning my order?
In most cases, the cost of returning an order is the responsibility of the customer, unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered. We recommend using a shipping method with tracking to ensure that the package arrives safely to us.
How long does it take to get my money back after a return?
Once we have received and inspected your return, your refund will be processed. It may take 5-10 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your payment method and bank. We will notify you by email once the refund has been completed.
How can I return my order?
Make sure the product is unused and in its original packaging. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the order within 30 days of receipt. Contact our customer service to request a return and receive further instructions.
