Dosage & use
Always start with a small amount, especially if you're a beginner. It can take 30-90 minutes before you feel the effects. Enjoy responsibly and discover your ideal strength!
Preparation
Step 1
Preheat your oven to 110°C (230°F). Crumble the cannabis and bake in a baking dish for 30–40 minutes (this step activates the THC/CBD).
Step 2
Fill a saucepan with a little water and place the heatproof bowl on top (or use a slow cooker). Keep the temperature low (approximately 40–50°C) to prevent burning the honey.
Pour the honey into the bowl and heat gently. Do not let it boil!
Step 4
Add the decarboxylated cannabis and stir. Keep the temperature low to preserve the active ingredients.
Step 5
Simmer gently for 2–4 hours, stirring every half hour. Check that the pan of water is always filled with a layer of water.
Step 6
Pour the honey through a sieve or cheesecloth into the clean glass jar to remove any plant debris.
Step 7
Seal the jar tightly and store in a cool, dark place. It will keep for several months.
